For customer project data submitted to the Services, BTG acts as a service provider/processor on behalf of the customer organization.
We collect business contact information (such as name, work email, company, and role), account and authentication data, billing and subscription details, support communications, and technical usage data (including device/browser data, log records, and performance telemetry). We also collect Customer Data uploaded by authorized users under customer instructions.
We use information to provide and operate the Services, authenticate users, deliver support, process transactions, improve reliability and features, maintain security, communicate service and product updates, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Our customers control their project records and account configuration. Customer Data remains under the customer organization's ownership and direction. We process Customer Data only as needed to provide the Services, secure the platform, and perform contracted support and operations.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards and contractual protections for cross-border data transfers.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for SaaS environments, including access controls, encrypted transmission, environment segregation, monitoring, and incident response procedures. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.
We retain personal information and Customer Data for as long as needed to provide Services, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, audit, and recordkeeping requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. End users should direct Customer Data requests to their organization administrator first; we assist customers with verified requests.
